Accurate Roofing & Contracting has 2 methods of applying Asphalt sealer to your driveway. We can squeegee it on for smaller driveways or we use a high pressured sealcoating machine specifically designed for applying asphalt sealer. We not only use premium sealer directly from the asphalt plant. We add additives and sand to the mix for added traction and a darker desired look that will last years to come.
Potholes are generally caused by moisture, freeze-thaw action, traffic, poor underlying support, or some combination of these factors. Pothole repair is necessary in those situations where potholes compromise safety and pavement rideability.
If the asphalt surface has begun to deteriorate it may need to be removed and replaced. The first step is sawcutting or milling out the deteriorated asphalt. We then haul the material off site to be recycled. After repairing any damaged base we apply tack coat to all edges to seal against any future water penetration. The hot asphalt mix is then installed and followed by the use of either a vibratory plate and/or a multi ton vibratory roller for compaction. The finished product is a smooth and sealed surface that will endure longer.
Asphalt crack sealing is designed to prevent water from flowing through cracks in the asphalt, thus protecting the asphalt from water damage.
Crack seal is made of a rubberized asphalt which is designed to expand and contract with the asphalt as the temperature shifts. This means crack sealing will not only repair your asphalt but also prevent cracks.
Crack sealing is one of the most important things you can do to extend the life of your asphalt

However, parking lots are typically an afterthought when it comes to maintaining your property. In addition to being visually pleasing, a well-striped parking lot keeps your building compliant with fire codes and helps keep your visitors and employees safe.
